I picked up the E.L.F Therapeutic Conditioning Balm the other day at Target. I love lip balm so when I saw this and it was only a $1, I just had to pick it up.
This lip treatment was...eh. It glides on smoothly, but it just sits on the lips and doesn't really moisturize them. I purchased the Strawberry Creme flavor. The scent is not overpowering and it doesn't have a taste, which is a good thing for me.
Overall, I don't think I would purchase this again. It was not completely bad, but I could spend a few more dollars on a better product and have something I am completely happy with. Give it a try if you'd like. Some people gave it really great reviews and at $1 you don't have to worry about it setting you back if you do not like it.
