When I saw these on Solestruck, it was love at first sight.  But of course, they were all sold out in the color I wanted.  After months of waiting...yes months...they sent me an email saying they were back in stock.  "YES!" I thought. Go to buy...all sold out again. :( Bummer.  Then one day I just so happen to visit the site. "Wait, is this a new color...fuschia?! And they have them in my size?!" I thought. I got right on it.  And there you have it.

CHI Nourish Intense SIlk Masque

Hola Chicas! This is my first post about my hair. Yay! So...

I am a natural haired girl. No relaxer, no dye, no nothing. My staple hair style is a braid out. The one pictured is day one and I used a new conditioner, CHI Nourish Intense silk hair masque for coarse hair. This stuff is great! It moisturized my hair beautifully and my curls clumped like magic. This will definitely be a staple in my regimen.

It is one of my favorite short stories. I read it in elementary school and I still remember it to this day. It is about a young girl who moves to Venus from Earth with her family. It rains constantly on Venus with the sun shining for only 2 hours every 7 years. She's depressed by the lack of sunshine and is bullied by the other children. On the day the sun came out, her bullies locked her in the closet and forgot about her!!! She didn't get to experience what she had been longing for. *Le Sigh*

If you don't know the story you should definitely look it up. It's a gem.
